Cornerlot Properties is a division of Cornerlot Consulting Inc. and a team of two professional accountants. We help strata councils of small strata plans/corporations with their accounting and administration requirements. Our existing clients in North Vancouver, Vancouver and Surrey will be more than happy to provide reference.
Kenneth Lam is a professional accountant with 15 years of experience in accounting, risk management and internal audit. Ken’s has a day job in information technology. On evenings (occasional calls during business hours) and weekends, he provides strata plan accounting and administration services to small strata plans. Ken has also been managing and maintaining his personal portfolio of residential rental properties in BC since 1993 and in Washington and Nevada since 2011.
Heather Trac is a also a professional accountant with extensive experience in management accounting and internal auditing. She also held lectures on basic income tax, GST and PST to entrepreneurs through BCIT’s BEST program.
Ken and Heather are married with two children, a dog and live in Burnaby.
